Tim Rasch began his career in the insurance industry in 2003 after several years of gaining invaluable experience in various business and management positions.

Tim has served in a Legislative capacity for the Portland Health Underwriters for 8 years, recently becoming the board President for 2014-2015.  Tim also serves on a leadership position with the Portland SHRM Chapter serving as its Board President in 2016-2017 along with serving 5 years on a scholarship board for Friends of the Children/Portland.  Tim has testified to the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Fund Board on how healthcare reform is going to impact his clients.  Tim is a regular participant to the Portland Business Journal and a variety of member associations that ask him to come speak on healthcare reform.  Tim has been asked to meet with legislatures from all four corners of Oregon to help define going forward how the Affordable Care Act will change how Oregonians purchase their health insurance.  Tim is also involved with the State Insurance Commissioner to help create Association insurance plans for a variety of businesses.
